Product Marketer

As a Product Marketer at our company based in Kochi, Kerala, you will play a crucial role in driving sales enablement, video marketing, market research, partner marketing, website management, social media and content creation, and user education initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to create sales enablement materials, such as sales presentations, product guides, and competitive analysis, to support the sales process effectively. Your role will involve developing and writing storyboards and scripts for video content, transforming product modules into engaging videos, and creating innovative short and long-form video content to captivate the audience. You will stay updated on the latest video marketing trends and technologies to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant. Conducting market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape will be a key responsibility. You will analyze data and insights to develop customer personas and segmentations, assisting in the development of marketing strategies based on your research findings. Collaboration with strategic partners to develop joint marketing initiatives, including co-branded campaigns, events, and collateral, will be essential. You will also participate in creating partner enablement materials and track and report on partner marketing activities to assess effectiveness and ROI. Supporting website management efforts by updating content, optimizing user experience, and ensuring accurate product information will be part of your responsibilities. You will work closely with design and development teams to implement website enhancements and monitor website analytics to drive continuous improvement. You will draft engaging social media posts across various platforms, contribute to content marketing materials like blog articles, white papers, and case studies, and collaborate with the creative team to create visually appealing content. Assisting in the development of user education materials, including product documentation, tutorials, and video guides, will be crucial. You will conduct user research to understand user needs and challenges, collaborating with the customer success team to gather feedback and enhance user education materials effectively.,
