Job Description

You are a dynamic and results-driven Product Marketer with at least 2 years of experience, ready to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance product awareness, engagement, and adoption through innovative marketing strategies. This role necessitates a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and a profound understanding of target markets to effectively position and promote products. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing marketing strategies to promote products and enhance market share. You will conduct market research to comprehend customer needs, preferences, and the competitive landscape. Collaborating with the product development team, you will align marketing campaigns with product features and benefits. Crafting compelling content, such as product descriptions, brochures, and online materials, will be part of your routine tasks. You will also be responsible for designing and implementing product launch plans, ensuring effective communication across various channels. Analyzing marketing campaign performance and adjusting strategies for optimal results will be crucial. Working closely with the sales team, you will equip them with the necessary tools and materials for effective product selling. You will need to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in product marketing. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in product marketing or a similar domain. Your proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns, coupled with strong written and verbal communication skills, will be valuable assets. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms like SEO, PPC, and social media marketing is essential. An analytical mindset, coupled with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights, will be beneficial. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills will also be advantageous. Preferred skills for this role include experience with product lifecycle management, familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce, knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, and experience in SaaS or tech product marketing. This is a Full-time, Permanent position with benefits including paid sick time and paid time off. The work schedule is during the day shift, Monday to Friday. You should have a total of 2 years of work experience, including 2 years with CRM software, 2 years in content writing, and 2 years in SAS Marketing. The work location is in person.,
