Product Manager

As a Product Manager for Solar PV Modules at Websol, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete lifecycle of our solar PV modules. You will serve as a key bridge between technology, manufacturing, and commercial teams to ensure that our product offerings meet the highest standards of performance, customer expectations, and evolving market trends. Your role will involve coordinating and managing all third-party inspection processes for modules. Your primary responsibilities will include owning and managing the solar PV module product line, analyzing market trends and customer requirements, collaborating with the CTO and Engineering teams, and ensuring product consistency and compliance with national and international standards. You will also lead product testing cycles, certifications, and validation processes for new modules, as well as support the sales team by articulating product USPs and specs, and providing technical support for client meetings and pitches. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Procurement, Supply Chain, R&D, Sales, Manufacturing, and Customer Support to drive seamless product delivery and go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate will have a B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or similar engineering discipline, along with 6-10 years of experience in product management, technical sales, or module development in the solar sector. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential for this role.
