Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you will collaborate closely with a diverse team to develop and introduce new features and experiences that significantly impact the product. Working alongside engineers, designers, researchers, and analysts throughout the product lifecycle, you will also engage with the co-founders and VPs across various functions. This role requires exceptional execution, innovative thinking, a commitment to quality, problem-solving with a creative approach while prioritizing user needs, and the drive to bring projects to successful completion. Our design methodology is deeply rooted in insights gathered from multiple sources, encompassing both quantitative and qualitative data such as Analytics, User Testing, and Product Experiments. This enables us to optimize the product's potential to meet user requirements while minimizing subjective judgments. Your responsibilities will include identifying market opportunities, shaping the product's vision and strategy, and comprehending customer needs and behavior through research, feedback analysis, click stream data, and direct customer interactions. Regular analysis of product metrics will inform product enhancements and innovations aimed at setting us apart from competitors. Conducting thorough competitive analyses and devising actionable plans while maintaining a detailed understanding of the competitive landscape will be essential. Collaboration with various teams including Engineering, Research, Quality Assurance, Design, Finance, Legal, Customer Support, and Marketing will be crucial in fostering synergies that lead to the delivery of a high-quality product. You will closely collaborate with the engineering team to determine optimal technical solutions and feasible execution timelines. In addition, you will be responsible for developing product specification documents, leading product specification reviews with key stakeholders, and analyzing product analytics to extract valuable insights for adoption, growth, and user engagement. Desired Candidate Profile: - 2+ years of product management experience is preferred. - Proficiency in core product management concepts is advantageous; a clear understanding of why you aspire to be a product manager is fundamental. - Ability to extract data using basic SQL queries and pose insightful questions based on data analysis. - Proficient in collaborating with engineers and designers to deliver products and metrics. - Self-reliant nature with a strong focus on execution. - Ability to deeply comprehend the customer experience, identify product gaps, generate innovative ideas to increase market share, enhance customer experience, and drive growth.
