Job Summary:

The Product Manager will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. This role involves working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver products that meet market needs and business objectives. The Product Manager acts as the voice of the customer and ensures that all product initiatives drive growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
  • Translate business goals into clear product requirements and user stories.
  • Prioritize features, enhancements, and backlog items based on business value and user impact.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to drive product launches and adoption.
  • Monitor product performance metrics, customer satisfaction, and ROI to inform future improvements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related questions and updates.
  • Define success metrics (KPIs) and continuously optimize the product based on data insights.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices, technologies, and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing a product through its full lifecycle (from concept to launch).
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in defining and tracking KPIs and OKRs.
  • Ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in [specific industry: SaaS, fintech, healthcare, consumer tech, e-commerce, etc.].
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and user research techniques.
  • Technical background or ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.).
