Product Manager, Territory Modeling & Carving Manager

The Business Technology (BT) team is seeking an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about leading the design, execution, and strategy for effective, scalable, end-to-end business solutions. As the CEO of the product, you will focus on the long and short term vision of the product, aligning customer interests with IT delivery, and representing the product externally. Collaborating closely with internal customers, you will develop a roadmap of solutions to support key business processes, prioritize the request backlog, translate requirements into user stories, and define acceptance criteria and success metrics. Responsibilities: - Deliver innovative solutions within our internal CRM Salesforce application based on user requirements - Collaborate with stakeholders, including senior executives, to drive alignment and deliver multi-faceted capabilities - Partner with IT representatives to assess, prioritize, and drive appropriate technology solutions - Develop and maintain a product roadmap that meets the needs of business customers over the long and short term - Manage a portfolio of technologies and delivery teams efficiently to meet business needs - Manage delivery expectations and communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels - Create and groom a backlog of well-formed stories for implementation by the scrum team(s) - Make tradeoff decisions between scope and schedule, helping the business determine solution ROI - Prioritize work at a sprint level and collaborate with delivery teams for product execution - Communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders - Resolve customer issues in a timely manner and act as a subject-matter expert for owned solutions - Identify opportunities for process optimization and respond to customer questions promptly Experience/Skills Required: - 5+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM implementation, especially in Sales or Sales Operations - Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience with 8+ years of related information systems experience - Experience with enterprise system implementations and solution architecture for global companies - Salesforce CRM system implementation experience - Ability to make decisions on technology strategies and learn quickly in a dynamic environment - Impressive presentation and communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly - Team player with leadership skills, able to work with virtual and global cross-functional teams - Strong influencing, negotiation, and project management skills - Ability to work under deadlines and in a fast-paced environment Experience/Skills Desired: - Experience with Agile/SCRUM techniques and Jobs to Be Done Framework - Knowledge of Enterprise applications/modules within Salesforce Platform CRM - Salesforce Administrator/Sales Cloud/Service Cloud certification - Experience with Salesforce Enterprise Territory Management and/or Sales Performance Management - Deep knowledge of Salesforce CRM applications - Excellent problem-solving skills and understanding of information technology architecture components This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, who can collaborate effectively with stakeholders and drive the successful delivery of business solutions.,
