Role & responsibilities

Process Innovation Product Management

Responsible for process Innovation around Milling Solution.
Build Innovation Pipeline from the market- Technology point of view.
Validation of all prototype trials from the market- Part of New Product development to the market.
Understand technology variation from different regions/Processes. Document, standardise and build expertise around different market needs.

Process Technologist

Technological services to Centre of competency- Pulses
Conducting process audits to gather market need, process need, requirements
Technological sales support for plant concept development and flowsheet understandin
Conduct customer trainings as on needed, quality control and efficiency improvemen
Standardization and process improvements
Sales Support activity and meeting with Customers
Troubleshooting of process related issue as on needed

Preferred candidate profile

Responsible for implementing efficient and effective technological products around milling solution portfolio.
Responsible to build line of process innovations around Milling solution portfolio.
Application development with available sources within portfolio
Think in customer requirements and solutions for the market
Oriented towards Product/Process Innovation, Marketing and Development
Internationality, willingness to travel
