Your role will involve product development, market insight, and customer engagement to shape the future of adverse media monitoring solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with Proposition and Sales teams to define, develop, and enhance adverse media monitoring capabilities. - Drive the evolution of risk intelligence and screening solutions to meet the needs of a growing customer base. - Lead initiatives on the product roadmap to enhance customer screening accuracy, efficiency, and relevance. - Work with Technology teams to improve automation, machine learning, NLP, and generative AI capabilities. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, regulators, and industry partners to anticipate compliance challenges. - Analyze client feedback and translate insights into product improvements. - Communicate product updates, enhancements, and strategic direction clearly to internal teams and external partners. - Develop marketing and educational materials to support commercial teams. - Conduct training sessions for internal teams focusing on risk awareness, regulatory trends, and adverse media detection processes. - Advocate for customers to ensure products are accessible, intuitive, and responsive to various user needs. - Lead projects to ensure timely delivery while maintaining product quality. - Contribute to business cases for new product investments aligned with market demand. - Assist in resolving complex customer queries and supporting sales and customer service teams. **Essential Experience & Skills:** - Minimum 2 years" experience in risk intelligence, financial services, regulatory compliance, or media monitoring. - Degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Compliance, Business, Technology, or related field. - Experience in client engagement, consulting, marketing, or product management. - Ability to understand and interpret global risk trends, particularly in adverse media and regulatory compliance. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and familiarity with data analytics tools. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid team environment. - Experience in simplifying complex compliance and risk concepts into user-friendly materials. - High attention to detail. **Desirable Skills:** - Knowledge of financial crime compliance, AML regulations, and KYC screening. - Familiarity with AI-driven media monitoring, NLP, and automation technologies. - Experience working with third-party data providers, content aggregators, or risk intelligence platforms. - Proven track record in leading teams without formal authority. - Experience in software development lifecycles.
