Description We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product development and management, with a passion for creating innovative solutions that meet customer needs. Responsibilities Define and communicate the product vision and strategy. Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements. Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are met. Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product development. Create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver product initiatives on time and within budget. Skills and Qualifications 5-12 years of experience in product management or related fields. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate product requirements and updates to stakeholders. Experience in user experience (UX) design principles and practices. Ability to gather and analyze data to make informed product decisions. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
