About The Role

We are seeking a strategic Product Manager – Regional AP with deep expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Distribution Management Systems (DMS). The role will focus on driving product initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region, optimizing warehouse and distribution operations, and delivering impactful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end product lifecycle for WMS and DMS solutions in the AP region.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and develop product roadmaps.
Drive enhancements in warehouse and distribution processes to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.
Analyze market trends, user feedback, and performance metrics to guide product strategy.
Partner with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery, adoption, and measurable impact of solutions.
Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in product management, preferably with WMS/DMS or supply chain solutions.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, distribution management, and logistics processes.
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and deliver high-impact solutions.
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in IT / Shared Services environments preferred.
