Product Manager - Payments Hub

Role Overview: As the ideal candidate for this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end product development lifecycle, focusing on scalability, security, and real-time processing. Your main tasks will include collaborating with engineering teams to design APIs, workflows, and transaction processing rules that comply with operational and regulatory standards. Additionally, you will play a key role in ensuring adherence to Nacha, Fed, and card network regulations. Monitoring and optimizing key performance metrics like transaction success rates, processing speeds, and fraud detection will be crucial for the continuous improvement of the platform. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the complete product development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, with a focus on scalability, security, and real-time processing. - Collaborate with engineering teams to create APIs, workflows, and transaction processing rules that meet compliance and operational standards. - Ensure compliance with Nacha, Fed, and card network regulations. - Monitor and define key performance metrics such as transaction success rates, processing speeds, and fraud detection to enhance the platform continuously.
