We are now looking for a Sr. HR Business Partner to join our high-growth journey and enable our sales-driven teams through impactful people and operations strategies.
What You’ll Do:
- Own product backlogs, define requirements, and drive execution with speed.
- Go beyond engineering — partner with marketing, sales, customer success, and ops.
- Plan, spec, and ship new features end-to-end with minimal inputs.
- Manage stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams.
- Think beyond today: anticipate needs, design solutions, and push OutSpark ahead of the market.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to understand requirements, translate them into features, prioritize them and launch highest impact features fastest.
- You will be required to manage stakeholders (both Internal & External) across various functions.
Who You Are:
- 4–5 years in digital product management with exposure to SaaS (B2B + B2C).
- Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.
- Data-driven, but able to balance intuition and speed.
- A natural problem-solver and planner, not afraid to make decisions fast.
- Thrive in ambiguity, learn fast, and be ready for a hands-on approach.
- Know how to manage parallel tasks and prioritize them .
- Passionate about building products that impact millions of users & businesses.
