Role Overview:


We are hiring a Product Manager to lead the New Customer Onboarding experience. This role will be responsible for improving how new users experience Snapmint during their first interactions—from initial sign-up and KYC to their first EMI transaction. This includes building personalised onboarding journeys, optimizing activation funnels, and ensuring a seamless handoff from acquisition to engagement.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Define and optimise onboarding flows to enhance new user activation and first-time transaction rates.
  • Create personalised onboarding experiences tailored to user profiles, acquisition sources, and category preferences.
  • Collaborate with growth, credit, analytics and category teams to design journeys that guide users from checkout into broader app engagement.
  • Use data insights to segment new users and design targeted nudges and product experiences.
  • Conduct regular experimentation (A/B tests) to improve key onboarding metrics such as sign-up conversion, KYC completion, activation and time-to-first-transaction.
  • Monitor and improve drop-offs across onboarding and first-purchase funnels.


Requirements:

  • Experience working at a company with 50M+ app downloads
  • 4–6 years of product management experience in leading consumer tech, fintech, or ecommerce companies
  • Strong understanding of user funnels, behavioural segmentation, and activation journeys
  • Data-driven with experience in product analytics, experimentation, and growth-focused product development
  • Demonstrated ability to design intuitive, high-converting product flows
  • Strong stakeholder collaboration, especially across marketing, design, and tech


Location - Bangalore

Work days - 5 days/ week
