Our lending suite, Intellect Digital Lending (IDL), helps banks and financial institutions offer seamless, digital-first credit products to their customers. We are seeking a Product Manager with a strong background in lending to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for defining and driving the next generation of our digital lending products.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision: Contribute to the product vision and strategy for our digital lending platform. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Translate market needs and business goals into a clear product roadmap and feature priorities.

Product Lifecycle Management: Take ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle for lending solutions, including Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS). Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, pre-sales, and delivery, to ensure on-time, high-quality product releases. Define detailed user stories, product requirements, and functional specifications.

Client & Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a product evangelist, communicating the product vision and features to both internal teams and external clients. Gather and analyze feedback from clients, sales teams, and other stakeholders to inform product improvements and new feature development. Support pre-sales and business development activities by demonstrating product capabilities and addressing client queries.

Domain Expertise & Innovation: Develop a deep understanding of the lending domain, including retail, corporate, commercial, and SME lending, as well as the associated regulatory requirements. Identify opportunities to integrate cutting-edge technologies like AI/ML to enhance credit decisions, risk management, and user experience.

Data & Analytics: Define key product metrics and analyze data to measure product performance and inform future decisions. Utilize data to identify user behaviors, optimize workflows, and enhance the overall product value.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 8-14 years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 8 years in the lending or fintech domain. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA is highly preferred.

Technical Acumen: Proven experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and mock-up software. A strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and modern software architecture.

Domain Knowledge: Deep expertise in the lending lifecycle and core lending systems, including Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS). Knowledge of various lending products such as commercial loans, mortgages, personal loans, and business loans.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. A proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
