Product Manager/ Lead

Role & responsibilities 1.Product Strategy & Planning: Assist in defining product roadmaps, goals, and success metrics. Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities. Work closely with senior product managers to align product strategies with business objectives. 2.Requirement Gathering & Documentation: Gather and document product requirements from business stakeholders and customers. Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to collect insights. 3. Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze product performance and user behavior to identify trends and areas for improvement. Provide data-driven recommendations for product enhancements. Track key performance metrics and generate reports. 4.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support teams. Ensure alignment between product development and business goals. Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams. 5.User Experience & Adoption: Advocate for user-centric design and product usability. Gather feedback from users and work with design teams to improve UI/UX. Support user testing and drive adoption through training and onboarding initiatives. 6.Project Coordination & Execution: Assist in project planning, sprint prioritization, and execution. Identify risks and challenges and work towards effective resolutions. Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of features. 7.Reporting & Presentations: Prepare and present product updates, insights, and recommendations. Communicate complex information in an understandable and actionable manner. Preferred candidate profile 6-13 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, user story writing, and backlog management. Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
