Job Title: Store Manager Location: Bangalore, Chennai & Hyderabad Experience: Minimum 7 years in retail operations Qualification: Graduate Role & responsibilities Achieve sales targets and ensure profitable store operations. Optimize resource utilization and drive revenue growth. Maintain SOP compliance and enhance customer satisfaction. Manage inventory and minimize pilferage/shoplifting. Collaborate with VM and category teams to improve merchandising and product selection. Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand. Liaise with government bodies for compliance and process setup.
