Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Taking care of all the Recovery MIS
2. Interaction with various internal teams to for data output.
3. Recovery Incentive Working
4. Working on various MIS for helping business to improve overall efficiency
5. Maintaining the reports & provide weekly reporting, analysis and insights on product performance
6. Update various weekly and monthly dash boards for business improvement and control
7. Monitor Team Member activities

Preferred candidate profile

- Should have at least 2 years of experience in handling MIS
- Hands on in Advanced excel and MS-PowerPoint is must (Power Bi Preferred)
- Have excellent quantitative skills and analytical ability
- Coordinating the project requirements with IT teams, business managers
- Experience in Recovery MIS and should have NPA related knowledge
- Should be a Team Manager, Relationship person and should be ready to work for extended hours
