Product Manager

With over 5 years of experience, we are looking for a graduate to join our team in Gurgaon, Haryana, where you will be working from the office (WFO). Your primary responsibilities will include designing and developing AI models and algorithms to tackle complex business challenges. You will utilize machine learning and deep learning techniques to analyze and derive insights from large datasets. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be crucial in understanding business requirements and developing AI solutions accordingly. Additionally, you will preprocess and clean data to ensure accuracy, train and optimize AI models using various algorithms, and deploy them into production environments, monitoring their performance. Staying abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies will be essential, as you provide technical guidance to junior team members. Documenting project progress, methodologies, and results in a clear and concise manner will be part of your routine, in addition to collaborating with stakeholders to identify new AI opportunities and propose innovative solutions. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with 2-3 years of industry experience in developing AI solutions. Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn are required. A solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical analysis, and data preprocessing techniques is crucial, along with experience working with large datasets and implementing scalable AI solutions. Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools, knowledge of cloud platforms for AI deployment, and familiarity with software development practices and version control systems will also be beneficial.
