Product Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a strategic and analytical professional to drive product vision, market research and roadmap planning aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, marketing teams, etc, while leveraging data tools like Power BI to support decision-making and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and refine long-term product strategy and vision.
• Conduct market, customer and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain product roadmap.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align execution with strategic goals.
• Build and manage MIS dashboards and reports using Power BI/Powerpoint for business insights.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strategic thinking and analytical mindset
• Power BI, MS Excel, PowerPoint
• Market research & data-driven decision-making
• Strong communication and stakeholder management

Good to Have:

• Experience in customer engagement or app-based programs
• Knowledge of insurance products, especially group health
• Familiarity with CRM tools, email automation or campaign platforms
