Product Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and customer-focused Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our product offerings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product strategy, gathering requirements, working closely with cross-functional teams, and delivering products that meet customer needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Planning

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on impact, value, and feasibility.

2. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Communicate product plans, updates, and expectations clearly to all stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment and timely execution.

3. Product Development & Execution

• Document product requirements (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle- from concept to launch.
• Ensure product releases are timely, smooth, and meet quality standards.

4. Performance Tracking & Optimization

• Monitor product performance using analytics and user feedback.
• Identify improvement areas and implement data-backed enhancements.
• Drive continuous innovation to improve user experience and product value.

5. Customer Focus

• Understand customer pain points and translate them into meaningful solutions.
• Advocate for the best possible user experience across all platforms.
• Support sales and customer teams with product insights when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 26 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong ability to define product requirements and work with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Familiarity with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, GA, Amplitude, etc.).

Good to Have

• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• UI/UX understanding and ability to collaborate closely with designers.
• Technical background or ability to understand tech constraints.
• Experience with JIRA, Notion, or similar product management tools.
