Why This Role Matters

Returns are one of the most complex and costly challenges in eCommerce, yet also one of the biggest opportunities for value creation. As Product Manager for Returns & Revenue Management, youll transform whats typically seen as loss (returns, fraud, damaged goods, revenue leakage) into measurable business impact. Youll design systems that make returns effortless for customers while protecting merchant marginsturning operations into a growth lever. This role is central to GoKwiks international scaling, directly shaping how merchants recover revenue, optimize costs, and deliver world-class post-purchase experiences.

What Youll Own

• Strategy & Roadmap Define and evolve the vision for returns, refunds, revenue recovery, and reverse logistics across India and global markets.
• Product Development Build and scale solutions like returns policy engines, automated refunds/replacements, loss detection, fraud controls, and customer incentive flows (exchanges, credits, loyalty).
• Revenue Recovery Maximize retained and recovered revenue, reducing refund losses while unlocking customer-friendly alternatives.
• Cross-functional Collaboration Partner with operations, logistics, finance, engineering, design, and merchant success teams to reduce cost per return, accelerate processing, and mitigate risks.
• Customer Experience Deliver transparent, frictionless refund/return experiences tailored for both domestic and cross-border shoppers.
• Metrics & Data Define and monitor KPIs such as return rate, refund latency, fraud %, cost per return, recovered revenue %, and customer satisfaction; use data and experimentation to guide improvements.
• Go-to-Market Enablement Launch new features, support merchant onboarding, build enablement materials, and drive adoption of returns & recovery products.
  

Who You Are

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in eCommerce, logistics, supply chain, or revenue recovery.
• Proven track record in launching 0?1 products and scaling existing platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with comfort in SQL/data tools and metrics-driven decision-making.
• Exposure to fraud/risk management, cost recovery, or revenue leakage use cases.
• Cross-functional leader able to navigate ops, logistics, finance, and engineering.
• Global mindset, with ability to adapt flows to cross-border compliance and regulations.
• Clear communicator, decisive problem-solver, thrives in ambiguity with high ownership.
• Bonus: Experience in recommerce, refurbishment, resale flows, or sustainability initiatives.
• Bonus: Familiarity with ML/AI applications for fraud detection or risk scoring.
