Product Manager

As a Head of Analytics or Data Architect with over 15 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing an organizational data strategy aligned with business processes. Your responsibilities will include developing data models, managing data warehouses, implementing data governance standards, and collaborating with business leaders to define actionable metrics and data visualization dashboards. - Interact closely with Business Leaders and Product Team to design, develop, and implement an overall organizational data strategy - Identify data sources and build complex data ingestion, data integration, and ETL strategy - Create and maintain an end-to-end vision for data flow through the organization - Produce and enforce Database Development standards, Data Governance standards, and Data Quality / Integrity standards - Setup and manage data access control matrix for relevant stakeholders - Collaborate with Business Leaders to define and implement actionable metrics, KPIs, and data visualizations - Assess and recommend improvements to enhance existing database structures, queries, and data visualization processes - Work with core IT Team to set up backup, BCP / DR processes, and database administration tasks - Overall 15+ years of experience as a Head of Analytics or Data Architect - Experience in building and managing Terabyte size dataset using database technologies like MySQL, Microsoft SQL, MongoDB, Apache Cassandra, Redis etc. - Hands-on experience in writing optimized code using PL/SQL, NoSQL, Python, R etc. - Experience in building complex data ingestion pipelines using ETL tools like Informatica PowerCenter, Apache Airflow, SSIS, Infosphere DataStage, Talend Open Studio etc. - Experience building business-facing data visualization using tools like Tableau, SSRS, PowerBI, Sisense, Qlik, Looker, Chart.JS, D3.JS etc. - Experience in managing large Enterprise Data Warehouse and building Data Lakehouse using Delta Lake on Apache Spark will be an added advantage - Understanding of predictive modeling, NLP, text analysis, Machine Learning, GenAI platforms will be an added advantage,
