The Role

We're looking for a Product Manager who will be instrumental in bringing Mitwa's first launch to market in 2026. This isn't about managing an existing product—it's about building the strategy from scratch. You'll be responsible for planning, strategizing, and executing everything needed to turn our vision into a market-ready product. You'll work at the intersection of AI, mental wellness, privacy, and mobile product development. Your primary mission: develop and execute a robust go-to-market strategy that positions Mitwa for a successful 2026 launch. This role requires someone who can balance ambitious vision ("conscious growth, accelerated") with grounded execution, who values truth over comfort, and who deeply believes in human potential. Most importantly, you need to be a strategic thinker who can chart the

path from where we are now to a successful product launch.

What You'll Own :

• Pre-Launch Strategy & Planning

• Develop comprehensive 2026 launch strategy with clear roadmap and milestones

• Define success metrics, KPIs, and phased rollout approach (internal → external beta → launch)

• Build positioning strategy differentiating Mitwa from existing AI companions

• Identify and mitigate launch risks across product, market, and regulatory domains Product & GTM Execution

• Define MVP feature set for "Bloom" model and prioritize post- launch iterations

• Build complete GTM strategy: messaging, positioning, pricing, channels

• Conduct user research to validate product-market fit and define target segments

• Navigate app store compliance for mental wellness category

• Create launch timeline with dependencies and ensure cross- functional readiness User Experience & Safety

• Refine orb-based interface and ensure voice interactions feel genuinely human

• Design and execute beta testing programs

• Implement safety protocols and guardrails for mental wellness product positioned as "not therapy"

• Build consumer trust around privacy and offline-first architecture Cross-Functional Leadership

• Collaborate with engineering on technical architecture and feasibility

• Partner with design on UI/UX and brand positioning

• Coordinate with psychology consultants and legal on compliance

• Drive consensus across stakeholders on strategy and priorities

Required Experience

• 5+ years in product management, with at least 2 years leading product strategy and launches

• Proven track record of taking products from concept to successful market launch

• Experience building 0-to-1 products, particularly in consumer mobile apps

• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies

• Experience launching products in sensitive categories (mental health, wellness, privacy-focused tools)

• Deep understanding of privacy-first product design and on-device processing

• Experience with app store compliance and approval processes for complex categories

Technical Understanding

• Familiarity with AI/ML products, particularly LLMs and on-device models

• Understanding of mobile platforms (iOS/Android) and their constraints

• Ability to work closely with engineers on architecture decisions without needing to write code

• Comfortable with technical trade-offs around model size, performance, and user experience

Product Skills

• Strategic thinking: Ability to develop comprehensive launch strategies with clear roadmaps

• Execution excellence: Track record of translating strategy into actionable plans and delivering on time

• Strong user empathy and ability to conduct meaningful user research in sensitive domains

• Experience with pricing strategy, monetization models, and financial planning for launches

• Data-driven decision making balanced with intuition and vision

• Excellent written communication and documentation skills

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive consensus on strategy
