Job Description

Flexera is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our efforts in shaping and enhancing the Flexera One Data Platform. As the Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving analytics, improving the share service functionality, and unifying the user experience across the platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver innovative and customer-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Flexera One Data Platform, aligning it with company goals and customer needs.
Analytics Leadership: Drive the development and implementation of advanced analytics capabilities within the platform, enabling customers to gain actionable insights from their data.
Share Service Enhancement: Lead efforts to enhance the shared service functionality, allowing for seamless collaboration and data sharing among users and teams.
Unified User Experience: Create a unified and intuitive user experience across the platform, ensuring consistency in design and usability. Conduct user experience feedback sessions with customers and collaborate with UX team.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to prioritize and deliver features, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to gather feedback, understand their pain points, and incorporate their input into product development.
Roadmap Execution: Drive the successful execution of the product roadmap in an Agile manner, along with collaborations from engineering, quality, operations, program managers and other relevant teams while maintaining the priority backlog, monitoring progress(via tools such as Jira), and adjusting as necessary to deliver value to customers.
Requirements and Product Documentation: Create and maintain product documentation. Must have hands on experience in writing detailed business and functional requirements document, understand customer use cases. Must have ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative market research to understand the pain points of customers. Must be comfortable in creating and maintaining GTM strategic documents including user guides, release notes, and other relevant materials.

Qualifications:

bachelors degree in computer science/ computer / electrical and Electronics Engineering, MCA or equivalent degree course
Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering software products.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analytics tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable product features.
Experience with SaaS and cloud-based platforms is a plus.
Familiarity with IT asset management, software licensing, or related domains is advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and work in an agile and fast paced development environment.
