Description
As a Product Manager at Jetpac, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to making travel super convenient and hassle-free. Your role will involve developing and executing product strategy, working closely with senior product managers, and contributing to the growth and success of the company. Here's what you will be responsible for: - Developing Product strategy in collaboration with Senior Product Manager(s) - Managing day-to-day execution of product development cycles - Creating and maintaining detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) - Coordinating with engineering teams to optimize development cycles and improve execution efficiency - Overseeing quality assurance processes and user acceptance testing You will be expected to make data-driven decisions by implementing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for product features. This includes analyzing user data and feedback to drive product improvements and conducting A/B testing to optimize performance. Key metrics to focus on include Net Promoter Score (NPS), Conversion Rate (CVR), Repeat Purchase Rate, and Churn Rate. Your role will also involve market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and growth opportunities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure effective communication and product development. Additionally, you will assist in prioritizing feature implementations, developing and executing product launch plans, creating user guides and support documentation, and iterating on products based on post-launch metrics and user feedback. Qualifications required for this role include: - 5+ years of hands-on product management experience - Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities - Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) - Experience with data analysis and market research techniques Preferred Experience: - A degree from Tier-1 institutes like IITs, NITs, IIMs etc. - Experience in working with AI-native products or technologies Desired Skills include understanding of UX/UI design principles, technical knowledge relevant to the product domain, experience with product lifecycle management, familiarity with data analytics tools and techniques, basic understanding of coding principles and version control systems, experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and knowledge of product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude).
