Product Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Define, refine, and execute the product vision and strategy for B2B product lines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, CX) to conceptualize, design, and launch new product features and solutions.
• Conduct market research, customer interviews, competitive analysis, and trend assessments to identify opportunities and pain points.
• Manage the full product lifecycle--from ideation, requirement gathering, and prioritization to execution, launch, and iteration.
• Analyze product performance using metrics, user feedback, and adoption data to drive continuous improvement.
• Work closely with UX/UI design teams to ensure a user-centric product experience and seamless workflows.
• Develop and maintain product documentation, PRDs, feature specs, and roadmaps.
• Align product goals with business objectives by engaging with key stakeholders, leadership teams, and clients.
• Partner with sales and customer success teams to support product positioning, demos, and client presentations.
• Monitor industry trends, B2B SaaS innovations, and competitive moves to enhance product differentiation.

Experience Required:

• 5 - 9 years of experience in product management, preferably within B2B or SaaS environments.
• Proven experience in building and launching successful B2B products or platforms.
• Strong understanding of product discovery, product strategy, and user-centered design methodologies.
• Hands-on experience working with engineering teams in Agile development environments.
• Ability to use product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, Hotjar) to drive decision-making.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Experience collaborating with design teams to develop intuitive and visually appealing product experiences.
• Familiarity with writing PRDs, defining KPIs, and developing product roadmaps.
