Job Description

Write, edit, and audit external documentation (Help Center articles, FAQs, Troubleshooting guides) based on new product specifications and feature releases.

Draft clear, step-by-step User Guides and scripts for product tutorial videos.

Feature Specification: Draft basic user stories in the standard format ("As a [User Type], I want...") based on Product Owner input.

Conduct basic competitive analysis, summarizing competitor feature sets, pricing, and recent market announcements.

Were Looking For:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor s or Master s degree.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory, especially for documentation).

Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.

A naturally proactive and engaging attitude.

Duration: 3 Months Location: Work From Office (On-site)
