Summary: As a Product Management Lead, you will drive and develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Your typical day involves collaborating with key stakeholders to understand their requirements, building partnerships, and providing innovative technology solutions. You will also work closely with engineering teams to ensure the product is delivered efficiently and effectively, with a focus on achieving quick time-to-market. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the engineering team to ensure alignment on project goals. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and contribute to team success. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile Project Management, Microsoft Azure Data Services, Product Development Management. - Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and development processes. - Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product strategy. - Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving collaboration. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Program Project Management. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
