We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our product strategy, from conception to launch and beyond
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market dynamics, user needs, and technology trends, along with excellent communication and leadership skills
Responsibilities:Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to prioritize features, set goals, and deliver high-quality products on time and within budget
Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities, trends, and threats, and use insights to inform product decisions
Gather and prioritize customer requirements through interviews, surveys, and user feedback, and translate them into actionable product requirements and user stories
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements, provide guidance on technical feasibility, and drive product development through all stages of the lifecycle
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success, track performance against goals, and iterate on features to optimize user experience and business outcomes
Communicate product updates, milestones, and roadmaps to stakeholders, including senior management, team members, and external partners, and solicit feedback to drive continuous improvement
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management, and leverage insights to enhance product innovation and competitiveness
Manage the product lifecycle, including planning, development, launch, and post-launch activities, and make data-driven decisions to prioritize and adjust product features and enhancements
Champion a customer-centric approach to product development, advocating for user needs and preferences throughout the organization
