Product Management Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and implement brand promotion strategies for the product range, aligned with company objectives and budget allocations.
  
• Develop, edit, and finalize technical content, presentations, visual aids, and other promotional materials.
  
• Conduct, attend, and deliver lectures or product demonstrations during seminars, CMEs, and other management-approved promotional events.
  
• Train and guide the sales team on company-approved brand promotion activities and ensure alignment with overall marketing strategy.
  
• Monitor and support the sales team to ensure effective on-ground execution of promotional campaigns.
  
• Collect, collate, and analyze field data and sales performance reports to measure the impact of marketing efforts.
  
• Identify market trends and report competitor activities to senior management regularly.
  
• Plan and coordinate new product launches, including preparing product development and go-to-market strategies.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in the

  pharmaceutical industry

  is essential.
• Should have hands-on experience in

  cardiovascular

  and

  antibiotic

  product segments.
• Strong understanding of medical marketing, product positioning, and scientific communication.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and team coordination skills.
  
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams.
  
• Should be proactive, analytical, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
