Roles & Responsibilities: Design and implement brand promotion strategies for the product range, aligned with company objectives and budget allocations. Develop, edit, and finalize technical content, presentations, visual aids, and other promotional materials. Conduct, attend, and deliver lectures or product demonstrations during seminars, CMEs, and other management-approved promotional events. Train and guide the sales team on company-approved brand promotion activities and ensure alignment with overall marketing strategy. Monitor and support the sales team to ensure effective on-ground execution of promotional campaigns. Collect, collate, and analyze field data and sales performance reports to measure the impact of marketing efforts. Identify market trends and report competitor activities to senior management regularly. Plan and coordinate new product launches, including preparing product development and go-to-market strategies. Preferred Candidate Profile: Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is essential. Should have hands-on experience in cardiovascular and antibiotic product segments. Strong understanding of medical marketing, product positioning, and scientific communication. Excellent communication, presentation, and team coordination skills. Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams. Should be proactive, analytical, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
