Artha Dhaara is building a fintech product designed to empower India’s small businesses, freelancers, and gig workers to access credit, build financial credibility, and grow sustainably. We believe the next wave of financial innovation will come from Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities, and we are committed to building solutions for this underserved segment.

As a venture studio, we combine strategy, technology, and execution to take ideas from 0 → 1 → 10. This is your opportunity to be part of the founding team, work directly with the founder (IIT Roorkee alumnus), and help shape both product and market strategy from the ground up.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Product Management & Marketing Associate — a generalist role designed for builders, problem-solvers, and hustlers who want to grow into leadership roles in startups. You will:

• Drive

  user research

  to inform product roadmap.
• Support

  product development

  and manage execution with designers and developers.
• Run

  marketing campaigns

  across digital and offline channels.
• Build and manage

  early adopter communities

  for rapid feedback loops.
• Track industry trends, competitor moves, and growth opportunities.
• Create and deliver

  content, pitch decks, and GTM collateral

What day to day could look like

• Acting as a mini product manager: defining user flows, wireframes, and requirements.
• Running rapid experiments to test product-market fit.
• Driving early customer acquisition campaigns via social media, partnerships, and offline activations.
• Collecting user feedback and translating insights into product improvements.
• Coordinating with developers, designers, and vendors to ensure timely product rollout.

Who you are:

• Recent graduate or 0–2 years’ experience in product, marketing, or consulting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and eager to wear multiple hats.
• Curious about fintech, startups, and digital innovation.
• High initiative-taker, hungry to learn, and willing to push beyond your comfort zone.
