Product Lead - Electronic Security Solutions

Job Summary:

As a Product Lead, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and implementing optimal technical solutions for our key channel partners and customers in India and abroad.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Analyze and understand solution requirements outlined in RFP/Tender documents and from leads provided by the sales team.
• Design suitable solutions for opportunities based on technical knowledge gained from OEM training or with support from partnered OEMs.
• Develop and maintain a Compliance Matrix to ensure alignment with project specifications.
• Collaborate with new OEM partners, shortlisted by the Research team, to gather essential technical information.
• Craft a comprehensive technical write-up for proposed solutions utilizing AI tools for the respective opportunities.
• Participate in product testing alongside the support team to gain deeper technical insights.

Training and Development:

Selected candidates will receive detailed technical training from our technology OEM partners, ensuring that you develop the knowledge and skills required to excel in the electronic security industry. With a strong demand for skilled professionals in this field, a two-year tenure with Startologic will equip you with the expertise needed to pursue significant career opportunities, including roles with multinational corporations outside India.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience is preferred, though fresh graduates with a strong academic background are encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor’s degree in electronic & Telecom, Computer Science, or Information Systems is preferred.

Salary: INR 16,000 during probation, rising to INR 35,000 per month based on interview performance and experience.
