Product Lead

Role Overview: You are a skilled Product Lead with 12 to 15 years of experience in complex OpenText implementation projects. Your expertise lies in analyzing customer's business requirements and translating them into technical solutions. Your responsibilities include producing Functional and Technical Design documentation, validating existing systems, and designing overall solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design application and solution architecture - Interface with customers and partners - Work on customer-facing proposals - Collaborate with OpenText Project Manager for project implementation - Estimate effort and resource expertise required for projects - Provide solution management/leadership on assigned projects - Optimize performance, conduct testing, tuning, and quality assurance - Manage customer satisfaction regarding technical solutions - Provide best practice product training - Mentor other consultants - Ensure quality of individual and team deliverables - Engage in knowledge management - Prepare lessons learned and perform End of Project reviews - Support optimization and continuous improvement programs Qualifications Required: - 12 to 15 years of experience in complex OpenText implementation projects - Strong expertise in transforming business requirements into technical solutions - Proficiency in producing Functional and Technical Design documentation - Experience in solution architecture design and customer interfacing - Ability to estimate project effort and resource expertise - Knowledge of performance optimization, testing, tuning, and quality assurance - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Location for this role is Kolkata with a budget as per market standards - Immediate or maximum 30 days notice period ideal (Note: Omitted additional details about the company as it was not provided in the job description),
