Product Innovation Manager

As a Product Innovation Manager at Ghar Soaps, a skin care brand based in Pune, you will play a crucial role in leading Product Innovation and Strategy within a core skincare category of our growing Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brand. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new opportunities, develop future-facing product concepts, and oversee end-to-end development from ideation to launch. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product innovation, category strategy, or brand development within a D2C skincare, beauty, or wellness brand. You must have a proven track record of leading new product initiatives from concept to commercialization, a strong understanding of the D2C ecosystem and digital marketing collaboration, the ability to translate data and insights into actionable innovation strategies, and a deep passion for skincare, ingredient innovation, and consumer-centric brand building.
