About the role:

To lead a high-performing team responsible for the implementation software platform across US, UK, and AUS regions. The role requires a strong leader with a track record of managing complex, multi-location implementations and streamlining operational workflows..

Responsibilities

Global Implementation Leadership:
Lead & build a 30+ member team overseeing the full implementation lifecycle across the
US, UK, and AUS
regions.
Migration Management:
Direct and monitor end-to-end migration from legacy to the new AI-driven cloud platform, ensuring accuracy and minimal downtime.
Process Improvement:
Build and refine operational processes to ensure smoother onboarding, enhanced monitoring, and increased platform adoption.
Cross-Functional Alignment:
Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success for operational synergy, feature development, and client satisfaction.
Team Development:
Mentor, coach, and evaluate team members while fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and accountability.
Documentation & Reporting:
Ensure comprehensive documentation (implementation, configurations, migration) and provide regular operational performance reports.

Desirable skills:

8+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in leading software implementations.
Experience working in a high-growth, SaaS-based or healthcare technology environment.
Experience managing large-scale software implementations spread across multiple locations/countries.
Prior experience working Night Shifts.
