Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Development

• Develop and execute product strategies for Zincalume and GRP water tanks aligned with company goals.
  
• Oversee the complete product lifecycle from concept, design, manufacturing, and quality testing to launch and after-sales support.
  
• Identify opportunities for product innovation, material improvements, and cost optimization.
  
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to ensure market-leading offerings.
  

Technical & Quality Management

• Ensure product compliance with relevant industry standards (IS codes, ASTM, ISO, WRAS, etc.).
  
• Collaborate with the engineering and manufacturing teams for design optimization, durability, and ease of installation.
  
• Monitor production processes to maintain high quality and resolve technical issues promptly.
  

Business Development & Market Expansion

• Work closely with the sales team to identify and target new market segments including municipal, industrial, and residential sectors.
  
• Assist in government tendering, project bidding, and client presentations.
  
• Build and maintain relationships with EPC contractors, government bodies, consultants, and large corporate clients.
  

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team including sales, design, and production staff.
  
• Provide training to sales teams on technical product knowledge and installation processes.
  
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

• Address client queries, technical issues, and product customization requests.
  
• Support marketing efforts by creating technical datasheets, brochures, and presentations.
  
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and technical seminars.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering / Civil Engineering / Materials Science or related field.
  
• 58 years of experience in product management, preferably in water tanks or building materials industry.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong technical knowledge of Zincalume, GRP, FRP, and other water tank materials.
  
• Expertise in manufacturing processes, product design, and quality testing.
  
• Business acumen with experience in market analysis and product positioning.
