Job Description

Product Growth Analyst

What You’ll Do:

Analyze user behavior data to uncover insights and optimize product funnels
Improve conversions through growth experiments, A/B testing, and data-driven strategies
Collaborate closely with Product & Marketing teams to scale impact
Build and execute app-focused growth strategies
Work on wireframes, PRDs, and data dashboards to support product improvements

What We Need:

2+ years of experience in product analytics or growth
Hands-on app experience in driving revenue or user engagement
Strong growth mindset with experimentation attitude
Understanding of growth strategy and funnel optimization
Marketing experience is a strong plus
Skills: SQL, PRD writing, wireframing, BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
