Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Genius located in Chandigarh, India. The Product Genius will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and offering detailed explanations about BMW products and services. The individual will work closely with sales and aftersales teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Strong Analytical Skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and product information
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in a related field preferred
