Key Responsibilities

• Act as the in-house BMW expert, offering detailed knowledge on all vehicles, features, and options
• Support customers during their visit, including product demonstrations and test drive preparations
• Explain complex automotive technologies in an easy-to-understand, engaging manner
• Stay up to date with new model launches, innovations, and updates from BMW
• Work alongside the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless, premium experience
• Assist in organizing and executing showroom events and product presentations
• Deliver personalized, brand-consistent customer interactions without pressure to sell

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Passionate about automobiles, especially premium and luxury vehicles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Natural presenter with strong customer engagement abilities
• Quick learner with a strong grasp of technology and product features
• Professional appearance and confident demeanor
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in a customer-facing or automotive environment is a plus
