Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a BMW Genius, based in Chandigarh. The BMW Genius will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional tasks include offering technical support, troubleshooting issues, and assisting customers with their inquiries. The role involves demonstrating in-depth vehicle knowledge and paired with excellent communication skills to give customers a premium experience.
