Job Summary:

Role & Responsibilities:

Schedule and conduct product demos for potential clients
Understand customer pain points and showcase relevant software solutions
Adhere to product demo flow, guidelines, and USPs
Continuously build product knowledge and stay updated on developments
Update daily activities and tasks in CRM
Work collaboratively within the Product Expert team (3 separate products: Spectrum, Express GST, Express TDS)

Must Have:

Experience with GST, Income Tax, and TDS return filing
Soft sales skills and strong Hindi/English communication
Time management and planning skills to maximize demos

Desired:

Working knowledge of tax filing software

Work from Home Requirements:

Available on phone and computer with reliable internet during shift timings
