Product Executive

You will be responsible for the Product Executive role within the Ayurveda Products Segment at our Gurgaon location. With a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in driving product innovation and market success. Your compensation will be competitive and in line with the industry standards. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. By translating these insights into actionable strategies, you will contribute to the development of innovative products. Collaborating with stakeholders, you will support product development initiatives according to the desired roadmap and timelines. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing product positioning, messaging, unique selling points (USPs), and reasons to believe (RTBs) that effectively communicate the value proposition to target audiences. You will also be responsible for executing go-to-market strategies for new product launches, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful planning, execution, and post-launch analysis. Furthermore, you will conceptualize marketing collaterals to support sales and marketing efforts, ensuring that they effectively communicate product RTBs, benefits, and features. Additionally, you will prepare product training materials for internal stakeholders and the external sales team, conducting training sessions as per the schedule. Monitoring and analyzing the performance of product marketing initiatives will be a key aspect of your role. This includes evaluating campaign effectiveness, lead generation, and sales conversion rates. By leveraging data-driven insights, you will optimize marketing strategies and enhance product performance. Moreover, you will gather feedback from customers and sales teams to understand product strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. By advocating for customer needs and preferences in product development discussions, you will contribute to the continuous enhancement of our product offerings.,
