Product Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Executive to lead our organization in achieving its strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT infrastructure, software development, and project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing teams and delivering high-quality products. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex projects using various methodologies such as Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall.

Duties

1.Designing Product Campaign, Mapping Market Competency of Product

2.Designing Need based strategy to tackle competition by:

*Internal External Market Trend Analysis of Product- Primary /secondary data analysis

*Competitor Strategy Mapping on Specific product on divisional requirement per quarter

*Developing External KOL

3.Impart product knowledge, new product features, usage etc to the Sales Team through training.

4.Make field visits for Market Development activities.

5.Find out new opportunities to further explore and expand the business opportunity.

6.Provide need based product training to the sales team

7.Conceptualize promotion, branding and training, ensuring the Product Management Team executes the designs and develops the requirement accordingly.

8.To carry out market research studies about the competition before any product launch.

9.Design and develop marketing tools like catalogues, product leaflets, literature etc. for the new products.

10. Ensure promotional material is issued to the respective region, in coordination with the Marketing Support

11.Support Organization's participation in State Level and National Level Doctor's conference

12. New Product Key Account Development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹4.50 per year
