Product Engineering Lead - Java Technolgies

Key Responsibilities

• Support presales and solution engineering for digital product development opportunities.
• Engage with clients during discovery, scoping, and delivery to shape product and technology/architecture.
• Work with Sales team to create techno-commercial proposals, RFP responses.
• Mentor a high-performing team of engineers, tech leads, and architects.
• Work with resourcing team to design competency development programs in- full-stack development, cloud technologies and agile delivery.
• Help marketing team by contributing to case studies and thought leadership content.
  

Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience in software/product engineering, including 3+ years in a leadership or practice-building role.
• Proven success in building and delivering modern digital solutions.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to map client business requirements to technology solutions.
• Strong expertise in full-stack software development ( Java), microservices, cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps.
• Good understanding of Web and mobile applications development frameworks (cross-platform and native).
• Experience working in a software services or digital consultancy environment is preferred.
• Exposure to multiple business domains( retail, industry, healthtech) will be an added advantage.
