Job Description

POSITION - Product Engineer/Design Engineer

DESIGNATION - Sr. Engineer/Asst Manager

LOCATION -Electronic City, Bangalore

QUALIFICATION - BE/Diploma - Mechanical / Electrical

CUT OFF % -60%

EXPERIENCE -5 to 10 Years

JOB RESPONSIBILITES

RFQ Management

Customer visit to provide Technical support.
Cable Harness design
Costing- By understanding the customer documents/requirements.
Monitor RFQ tracker to know RFQ status and publishing to higher management monthly.

Product Execution

Thorough study of the Purchase order to understand the customer terms and conditions, testing, and delivery requirements.
Proactively supervise and implement project plan to ensure project is on-schedule and on-budget.
Provide the technical support to the production team and resolve the technical and process issues to complete the project with minimal time.
Follow-up with Production & QC team for dispatch.
Support QC team for all the critical product testing.

QMS Documentation

Maintain all kinds of QMS related documents.
Handling AS, IRIS & Customer audits & documents.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED

Good communication skills
Sound knowledge in Cable Harness design / process.
Good experience in. 2D & 3D software
Good at MS-Office
Good knowledge in ERP systems.
Time management and organization skills.
Decision making ability and leadership skills.
Problem solving skill.
