We are looking for Enthusiastic Engineers who want to build their career in a core profile and want to work with multiple global premium brands in the segment of Consumer electronics and appliances.

Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai

Roles and Responsibilities

• Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers' concerns.
• Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively within acceptable TAT.
• Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.
• Monitoring equipment and product performance, and developing preventative maintenance measures.
• Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use.
• Monitoring inventory and reordering materials when needed.
• Improving product skills and keeping up with competitor and industry developments.
• Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors periodically.

Required Candidate profile

• A bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Robotics Engineering from a reputed University.
• Excellent verbal, listening, and customer service skills.
• Ability to identify problems and solve them proactively
• Ability to deal with multiple requests
• Ability to remain patient and professional.
• Superb work ethic and a growth mindset.
• Excellent convincing skills for explaining technical information to customers.
• The ability to tear down a product and understand the parts involved in the product.
