You’ll have real ownership and influence over both product and technology decisions as you build web, mobile, and native clients that directly engage with LLM-based agents, scaled RAG systems, and hybrid search. Your work will be front-and-center, delighting users and guiding the company’s early trajectory. Key Responsibilities: Development of web, mobile, and native clients using TypeScript, React, and modern frontend technologies to create delightful, intuitive user interfaces. Seamlessly integrate frontend experiences with our Python/Postgres backend, ensuring smooth data flow and responsive performance. Incorporate emerging AI/ML capabilities, enabling dynamic, intelligent interactions with LLM agents and RAG-driven features. Continuously improve code quality, maintainability, and performance. Guide junior engineers and help shape a culture centered on accountability, autonomy, and shipping great products. Qualifications: 3-7+ years of hands-on frontend experience with TypeScript and React, delivering high-quality, user-facing solutions. Comfortable working with Python-based backends and building end-to-end product experiences. Track record of tackling complex frontend challenges (e.g., browser plug-ins) and adopting new technologies quickly. Ability to integrate AI/ML-driven features that elevate the user experience. Proven leadership skills, from mentoring engineers to setting technical direction, in a fast-paced startup environment.
