Product Documentation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including user guides, knowledge base articles, release notes, and in-platform contextual help.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to understand product features and translate technical details into easily digestible content for end-users (e.g., field technicians, operations managers).
• Structure, organize, and update the help center to ensure all information is accurate, current, and highly searchable.
• Gather and incorporate feedback from support and user teams to continuously improve documentation quality and effectiveness.

Requirements

• 3+ years as a Technical Writer or Documentation Specialist, preferably within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
• Familiarity with concepts in Field Service Management (FSM) and/or Asset Management (AM) is essential.
• Proficiency with documentation authoring tools and Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skills with a strong focus on user clarity and detail.
