Product Documentation Specialist

Your role will involve driving business expansion and revenue growth through result-oriented leadership. Join a dynamic and innovative team dedicated to solving intricate problems within the User Experience Journey for a Financial Crime Management Space, particularly focusing on Fraud and AML. Collaborate with internal teams to gain a deep understanding of our products and their documentation requirements. Your responsibilities will include producing high-quality documentation that aligns with relevant standards and is tailored to the intended audience. You will craft user-friendly text for interfaces, online help resources, and developer guides, as well as develop tutorials to assist end-users in navigating various applications. Additionally, you will evaluate existing and potential content to identify opportunities for reuse and streamline information architecture. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 3 years of experience in creating informational documents from a product perspective and a track record of serving as a documentation expert for Customer Facing Product Lines in reputable Product Companies. Technical writing proficiency in software documentation, the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, and exceptional written communication skills in English are essential. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, basic understanding of SDLC, and software development processes will be advantageous. Ideally, you hold a degree in Communication, MA or BA in a design-related field, or possess equivalent experience. Relevant professional experience will be prioritized over educational qualifications.
